Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed clinician or licensure candidate to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services is required.
• Must be licensed or eligible with LCSW/LADCI/LMHC with timelines (LCSW within 6 months, LADCI within 1 year, LMHC within 2 years).
• Experience in crisis intervention and residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations and service providers to strengthen the agency's network.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
• Provide clinical consultation, guidance, and training to interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident review processes, including on-site response when needed.

They complete screening, intake, and enrollment activities as required, including initial and ongoing assessments of strengths, needs, risk factors, and protective factors.
