Job summary

YMCA of Greater New York Association Offices in New York, NY seeks a Program Evaluation Data Analyst to support RES/CCI in data management and reporting. The role focuses on impact measurement, baseline metrics, and accountability across YMCA programs and Swim Tracker data.

You will develop dashboards, refine evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with staff to inform strategic decisions affecting community programs, operations, and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or program evaluation.
• Experience learning new data systems.
• Interest in evaluating community programs or strategies.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Culturally competent in a range of diverse contexts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze output, outcome, and impact data across program initiatives, producing clear reports for diverse audiences.
• Assist in developing logic models, theories of change, and evaluation frameworks.
• Support indicator selection, measurement strategies, and data collection protocols.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to understand data needs and refine metrics.
