Job summary

YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Program Evaluation Data Analyst to support RES and Center for Community Impact with data management and reporting. You will analyze outputs, outcomes, and impact data, develop evaluation frameworks, and support grant reporting and decision-making.

The role involves building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and collaborating across teams in New York. The position emphasizes baseline metrics, accountability, and learning across YMCA programs and Swim Tracker

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent; related work experience acceptable.
• Strong data analysis and program evaluation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data tools.
• Ability to learn new data systems and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze output, outcomes, and impact data across program initiatives and produce actionable reports.
• Develop logic models and evaluation frameworks for programs.
• Define indicators, measurement strategies, and data collection protocols.
• Support analysis for pilots, grants, and impact studies; deliver timely insights.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for program decisions.
