Job summary

JBS International seeks an Evaluation and Data Analyst, Research Assistant III, to support research and evaluation projects focused on national service, public health, and mission-driven initiatives. You will assist with data collection, data management, analysis, and visualization to produce client-ready deliverables.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in applied research and program evaluation, with experience in SAS, R, Python, and Power BI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience including 1 year of quantitative survey research.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience with survey platforms (Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support survey administration and data collection activities.
• Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis; maintain data dictionaries.
• Create tables, charts, dashboards, and other visualizations in Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare analytic summaries and client-ready materials.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Sociology, Community Psychology, Statistics, Social Sciences, Statistics or a similar field
