Job summary

JBS International is seeking an Evaluation and Data Analyst, Research Assistant III, to support research and evaluation projects focused on national service and public health. You will handle data collection, prepare datasets, perform analyses, and create visualizations and reports for client deliverables.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in applied research and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science or related field.
• 2 years of experience with 1 year in quantitative survey research.
• Experience with SAS, R, Python, or Stata.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access.
• Familiarity with survey platforms: Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support survey administration and participant tracking.
• Develop and test online surveys and data collection tools.
• Monitor response rates and data collection progress.
• Create tables, charts, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel/Power BI.
• Prepare analytic summaries and client-ready materials.
• Review documents for accuracy and formatting.
