Job summary

JBS International, Inc. seeks an Evaluation and Data Analyst, Research Assistant III to support research and evaluation projects focused on national service, public health, and mission-driven initiatives.

You will assist with data collection, data management, analysis, and the creation of visualizations and client-ready deliverables. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days on site per week at the San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in quantitative survey research.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, Python or SQL and Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and survey administration and participant tracking.
• Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis; maintain data dictionaries.
• Conduct descriptive analyses and create visualizations and tables in Excel/Power BI.
• Assist in preparing client-ready reports and briefs.
