Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a senior district leader to drive the U.S. launch strategy for sonelokimab in HS.

You will recruit and coach 8-10 field professionals, translate national strategy into territory plans, and lead performance-driven execution in dermatology markets. You will spend substantial time in the field, leverage CRM data to optimize opportunities, and partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience, including 3+ years of successful sales leadership.
• Strong coaching, performance-management, and talent-selection capability.
• Specialty-market experience—dermatology, immunology, biologics, or HS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a district of ~8-10 specialty field professionals.
• Translate national brand strategy into territory priorities and account plans.
• Spend significant time in the field coaching and observing customer interactions.
• Identify priority dermatology practices, HS centers, referral networks, and local market dynamics.
• Use CRM and performance data to diagnose opportunities and improve execution.
• Partner with Field Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Lead district business reviews and communicate insights upward.
• Ensure adherence to policies, materials, and applicable laws.
