Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Experience selling in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to adapt and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet/exceed goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease states, data, product benefits, and use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify and engage key accounts across the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement in a complex market.
• Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
