Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to execute the sales plan within a Blacksburg, VA territory. You will deliver disease-focused presentations to physicians and healthcare teams, organize field coverage, and participate in ongoing training.

The role requires meeting sales targets while expanding the regional business and maintaining compliance with corporate policies. Candidate must have a BA/BS and 2+ years of pharma sales experience, plus a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.
• Recent geography experience and connections with target prescribers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to defined customers and serve as a disease expert/resource.
• Plan and organize territory coverage per plan of action.
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by policies and procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.
