Job summary

GenEdit is seeking a talented Scientist I to join our Immunology team in South San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on developing genetic medicines using our hydrophilic nanoparticle technology, reporting to the Program Lead and shaping R&D strategy for the Immune Program.

The ideal candidate will lead study design, perform complex assays, and drive lead candidate identification, with experience in Treg, DCs, vaccines, and gene therapy.

Qualifications

• Ph.D or equivalent in Immunology or a related life science field.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro and in vivo immunology studies.
• Lead goal setting and strategy, plan projects, mentor staff, ensure milestones.
• May manage Research Associate(s) and organize workflow.
• Collaborate with peers and present results at meetings.
