Job summary

AskBio Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Scientist, Clinical Immunology, to advance immunogenicity analyses for gene therapy programs.

You will lead assay development, validate methods, and manage real-time immune assessments on clinical samples. Reporting to the Senior Director of Immunology, this full-time on-site role requires 8+ years (or 4+ with a Master’s) in biology/chemistry, immunology experience, and strong data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 4+ years in biology/chemistry or related field required.
  • Experience with immunology assays and good documentation practices.
  • GxP/GLP familiarity and ability to work in a compliant lab environment.
  • Strong communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex assays without supervision and lead assay development.
  • Develop and validate new clinical assays; troubleshoot methods.
  • Analyze data and prepare validation reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate sample receiving/testing with Clinical team.
  • Train junior staff and maintain GLP/GxLP compliant lab environment.
