Job summary

Medicilon USA Corp is seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist I to join our Pharmacology team, focusing on immunology and cell–based assays to support drug discovery and preclinical research. The successful candidate will independently design, execute, and analyze in vitro experiments related to immune cell function, cytokine profiling, and mechanism‑of‑action studies.

This position is ideal for a scientist with a strong foundation in cellular immunology and experience with in vivo

Qualifications

M.S. or Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience (CRO/biotech preferred).
Proven hands-on experience with multicolor flow cytometry (≥10-color panels) and immune cell–based assays.
Proficiency in data analysis software and standard immunology assays.

Responsibilities

Conduct in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments under direction of the Principal Scientist or Study Director.
Perform cell-based assays, animal studies, flow cytometry, molecular and protein analyses.
Assist in execution of study protocols, data collection, and routine assay procedures.
Support optimization and troubleshooting of assays to ensure reproducibility and data quality.
