Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of sales, marketing, or managed care experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Resident of the region with ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.
• Experience building regional strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies.
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics and access/reimbursement considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and experience, ensuring accurate communications across all touchpoints.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to support strategic engagement.
