Job summary

Octapharma USA is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Key Accounts (Immunology) - Central to lead the Key Accounts team in the Central US. This role requires coordinating with National Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Patient Experience managers to drive the portfolio and meet regional quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years management experience driving sales objectives.
• Previous experience in Biologics preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical sales direction and leadership to the Key Account Managers in the region to achieve national sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Experience) to implement training and business plans.
• Ensure the regional portfolio achieves quota and delivers positive customer experiences.
