Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, US Marketing Immunology, Patient Access & Enrollment Strategy Lead to shape patient access and enrollment strategies for the Immunology portfolio.

You will translate patient needs into clear requirements and partner with CoE and cross-functional teams to ensure timely therapy initiation and continued access. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech, patient support, market access, or related functions.
• Experience shaping strategy for complex patient support programs across the patient and provider journey.
• Ability to translate patient, provider, market, and operational insights into clear strategic requirements and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Immunology patient access and enrollment strategy across the support journey, from intake through enrollment, consent, reimbursement support, therapy initiation, and continuity of access.
• Define strategic requirements and decision criteria for enrollment across channels (fax, web, portals, digital workflows).
• Shape enrollment form, authorization, and consent requirements with cross-functional partners.
