Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist to drive ophthalmology product adoption in Dallas and surrounding markets. The role requires proven new business generation, strong clinical selling skills, and the ability to develop strategic territory plans.

You will build relationships with ophthalmologists and key opinion leaders, deliver compliant presentations, manage call plans, and participate in regional conferences. Local travel is required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ophthalmology or related field and 3+ years’ Ophthalmology experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years with Associate’s degree or 7+ years of pharma/industry Ophthalmology experience.
• Current territory knowledge and relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plans and expense goals by executing territory-specific strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with ophthalmologists and key opinion leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Keenova products and ophthalmology disease states.
• Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan with call plans for all sales calls.
• Create and manage territory programs to maximize sales opportunities (speakers’ bureaus, symposia, etc.).
• Maintain customer records and complete admin tasks timely and accurately.
• Deliver accurate sales presentations and present a professional image in all business matters.
• Ensure compliance with pharma guidelines and company policies within the territory.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.
