Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Co. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Immunology Communications & Public Affairs to lead worldwide strategy for the Immunology portfolio. Location options include New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or Spring House, PA, with travel as needed.

You will partner with Immunology leadership and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, manage risk, and advance scientific communications across global markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, corporate affairs or related external engagement roles.
• Significant experience leading communications for complex, global pharmaceutical portfolios, franchises or therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior commercial, medical and R&D leaders in a highly matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including scientific communications, commercialization, policy, access and corporate reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global communications and public affairs strategy in key Immunology portfolio products.
• Serve as a primary strategic communications advisor to Immunology leadership, counsel on reputation and external positioning.
• Shape and advance the global Immunology narrative across priority disease areas, marketed products and scientific platforms.
