Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Director, Channel Strategy to be located in Horsham, PA. This role will shape and execute channel strategies across Immunology brands, partnering across marketing, medical affairs, analytics and field teams.

You will generate customer insights, develop value narratives, monitor performance and enable field teams. Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Sales or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Market access experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• This role may require up to 25% travel (domestic and/or international).

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute channel strategies across key account types.
• Insight Generation: Build customer insights on care-model dynamics and economic drivers.
• Value Story Development: Shape compelling value narratives with Medical Affairs and Evidence teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Define metrics and optimize strategies based on data.
• Field Enablement: Create tools and training to empower field execution.
• Innovation & Pilots: Identify and test scalable channel solutions and pilots.
