• 12+ years in communications, public affairs or external engagement roles.
• Experience leading communications for global pharmaceutical portfolios.
• Strong collaboration with senior commercial, medical and R&D leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of a global immunology comms strategy.
• Advise immunology leadership on reputation, external positioning and risk.
• Shape global immunology narrative across disease areas and products.
• Develop comms for launches, milestones and regulatory achievements.
• Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial to convey value of science.
• Lead integrated comms planning across earned media and digital channels.
• Support policy and market shaping initiatives with govt and payer teams.
• Align strategies across regions and markets; manage reputational risk.
• Mentor a high-performing global team and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to capabilities and best practices across the org.
