Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and issue resolution with healthcare providers about patient access to immunology therapies. This field-based role requires up to 50% on-site engagement with HCPs in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH.

The FRM will collaborate with sales, marketing, and care teams to address access challenges, coding, and prior authorizations, ensuring compliant reimbursement support across multiple payer types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare or business.
• Experience with reimbursement or revenue cycle processes is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of both pharmacy and medical benefit coding and billing is preferred.
• Experience with payer policy, coverage, and payment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Stay updated on national, regional, local payer dynamics and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments to share education and insights on access across payer types.
