Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Orlando, FL. This field-based role educates healthcare providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes to support patient access to Janssen therapies.

You will collaborate across marketing, sales, medical science and payer teams, travel up to 50% to client sites, and drive education and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years in reimbursement or related managed care roles.
• Experience in hospital or provider settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on coverage, prior authorizations, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies.
• Coordinate field-based education and problem-solving per FRM engagement rules.
• Build trust-based relationships with Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on payer policies and market dynamics.
