Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, support, and issue resolution on patient access for Immunology therapies in the Roanoke, VA; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; and Ashland, KY territory.

You will travel up to 50% to work with healthcare providers, coordinate with field teams, and optimize payer strategies while upholding the company's high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/ MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in hospital/provider setting with reimbursement and account management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, coding and billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Act with urgency to address access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels for patient support needs.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments (marketing, sales, medical science, etc.) and serve as SME on education and insights across payer types.
