Syneos Health in Chicago seeks a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight of immunology trials and post-marketing studies, collaborating with RWLP and cross-functional teams to advance project proposals and regulatory strategies.

The role requires a graduate degree in epidemiology/statistics/public health, expertise in study designs, and proficiency in SAS/R/Python, with strong communication and leadership skills to publish research and present to sponsors.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Doctorate preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials for RWLP management and Company; provide scientific expertise across multiple areas.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capabilities presentations with RWLP management and operations.
• Provide scientific oversight of projects to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project managers on study start-up and ongoing management; develop protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and study reports; facilitate advisory boards.
