Job summary

Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) is seeking an Immunology Insights Lead (HLH) in a hybrid role based in the Boston area. You will translate data into strategic narratives, partner with Commercial Data Management, and develop analytics to guide field and leadership decisions while collaborating across marketing, sales, and market access.

The ideal candidate has extensive pharma data experience, primary research exposure, and strong SQL/Python skills with BI tool proficiency to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech in a commercial or consulting role.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data.
• Prior experience in primary research preferred.
• Mature SQL and/or Python data analytics skills across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-functional alliances and communicate complex ideas clearly to leadership.
• Design and manage dashboard improvements to provide KPIs and insights for field and leadership teams.
• Inform data needs, KPI definitions, and data-matri requirements for analytics.
• Produce regular reports, presentations, and executive summaries communicating findings and implications.
• Construct cohesive performance narratives with root-cause analysis and counter-measures.
• Lead market research projects to inform brand strategy and incorporate findings into narratives.
