Job summary

Sobi North America in the Boston area seeks an Associate Director / Senior Manager, Immunology Insights (HLH) to help commercial teams understand drivers of emapalumab use and to develop performance narratives for leadership. You will perform ad hoc analyses, design dashboard improvements, and partner with sales, marketing, finance and market access to pull insights into strategy and forecasting.

This role reports to the Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics within the SCO team for North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial or consulting.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data.
• Prior experience in primary research required.
• Tableau or BI tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Think creatively and strategically with cross-functional alliances.
• Present complex ideas clearly to senior leaders.
• Design and manage dashboard improvements with KPI insights.
• Define data needs and KPI definitions for data marts.
• Produce regular reports and executive summaries with insights.
