Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development to lead immunology-focused programs. You will provide medical leadership across trial design, safety monitoring, data interpretation, and regulatory deliverables in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Hybrid schedule with on-site requirements two days per week. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical development, experience in early to late-stage trials, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external

Qualifications

• MD or DO with advanced clinical degree required; MD/PhD a plus.
• Board certification or clinical training in rheumatology, nephrology, immunology, or related specialty preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in combined clinical and biotech/pharma environment.
• Direct experience with phase 1–3 trials; ability to author protocols, development plans, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for assigned clinical programs from design through execution.
• Oversee patient safety monitoring and data interpretation across trials.
• Contribute to regulatory deliverables and agency interactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external investigators.
• Lead scientific exchange with KMEs, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and refine clinical development strategy based on emerging data.
