Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Development in Immunology for its West Coast Hub, focusing on early-phase neuroimmunology studies. You will contribute to trial design, execution, and medical monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the immunology portfolio.

The role requires MD/DO or PharmD, 0–2+ years in biotech, and strong communication skills. Remote U.S.-based candidates are welcome, with a preference for proximity to the California site.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or PharmD with relevant experience required.
• 0-2+ years’ experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in medical monitoring or investigator/sub-investigator roles.
• Experience contributing to clinical study execution and cross-functional partnership.
• Strong communication and deep neuroimmunology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance early-phase programs.
• Contribute to clinical trial protocol design, development and execution for early phase neuroimmunology studies.
• Provide medical monitoring, clinical execution, and oversight of clinical studies to ensure patient safety.
• Assist in regulatory interactions and responses to health authorities.
• Support data interpretation and clinical reporting for early phase studies.
