Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate Scientist in Immunology to execute cellular immunology assays, primarily flow cytometry, in support of clinical vaccine programs. You will work within the CMl group to generate high‑quality data, ensure documentation integrity, and contribute to automation and process improvements for robust testing workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a scientific field and 0–2 years of lab experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with AI tools to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 0–2 years of experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in immunology or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑throughput flow cytometry assays to characterize cellular immune responses.
• Support additional cellular immunoassays such as ELISPOT and ADCC as needed.
• Maintain compliance with GxP and internal SOPs for all laboratory activities.
• Support the qualification of new assays and ensure accurate documentation of experimental work.
• Drive operational improvements, including 5S, automation, and process optimization.
