Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Account Manager to grow the Allergy & Autoimmune market. You will manage and expand customer accounts across your territory, collaborating with Marketing, Clinical, Technical Services and Application Specialist teams.

The role involves contract management, tenders, forecasting, and ensuring timely account updates in SFDC. You will travel 50–75% to engage customers face-to-face, build relationships with key customers and leaders, and contribute to market

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business and grow the Allergy & Autoimmune market as per targets.
• Negotiate contracts, tenders, and service agreements with MSPs.
• Own tender responses and coordinate site visits and business reviews.
• Log activities and meetings accurately in SFDC.
• Forecast and plan using Thermo Fisher tools (SFDC, Power BI).
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the territory.
