Job summary

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is seeking a Nursing Immunization Program Coordinator to oversee vaccine management, clinic operations, and staff education across GLBHC sites. The role requires leadership experience and comprehensive knowledge of immunization guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing and RN license preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Three years of leadership/PMH implementation experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor immunization practices across GLBHC.
• Administer vaccines and manage vaccine inventory, storage, and compliance.
• Lead immunization clinics and onboarding for staff involved in immunization.
• Liaise with local health departments and MCIR/MPCA/MDHHS and suppliers.
• Develop/update policies/guidelines for immunizations; monitor quality metrics.
