Job summary

CAPWN is seeking an Immunization Coordinator & Primary Care RN in Gering, NE. The role combines immunization program management with frontline nursing in a busy clinic setting.

You will oversee immunization activities, ensure compliance with VFC/VFA guidelines, manage budgets, and support patient care within a PCMH model. Requires current RN license and BLS, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in clinical nursing and immunization programs.
• Ability to manage immunization budgets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immunization activities and ensure VFC and VFA compliance.
• Provide RN-level nursing care and education in Immunization and Primary Care clinics.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and support care coordination and referrals.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain program quality and HIPAA privacy.
