Job summary

Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH is seeking an Immunization Site Reviewer to support the Midlands Immunization Program Unit Manager. You will perform disease intervention, epidemiology, and immunization duties for vaccine preventable diseases, collaborating with the Midlands team to meet program requirements.

Hybrid work may be available after 12 months; applicants should have a high school diploma with relevant program experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s or equivalent public health

Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant program experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for required program experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree; or Associate + 2 years public health; or High school + 3 years public health.

Responsibilities

• Performs disease intervention, epidemiology, and immunization duties for vaccine preventable diseases.
• Represents DPH as a resource for immunizations to healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies.
• Ensures federal and state immunization program requirements are met.

Education
