The State of South Carolina's Department of Public Health invites applications for an Immunization Site Reviewer in the Midlands. Under supervision of the Immunization Program Unit Manager, you will perform disease intervention, epidemiology, and immunization duties for vaccine‑preventable diseases and for the immunization program in the DPH Midlands.

You will represent DPH as a knowledgeable resource to health care providers, schools, day cares, and other community agencies, ensure compliance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with two years public health experience in disease intervention, epidemiology, or immunization programs; OR high school diploma with three years public health experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform disease intervention, epidemiology, and immunization duties for vaccine‑preventable diseases.
• Represent DPH Midlands as a knowledgeable resource for immunizations to health care providers, schools, day cares, and community agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements of the Immunization Program.
