Job summary

Pathways Wellness Program seeks skilled immunization clinicians (RN or LPN) to administer vaccines at on-site clinics in schools, senior living communities, and corporate settings. You will ensure safe vaccine delivery, accurate documentation, and excellent patient care while representing Pathways Wellness Program.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in good standing (RN or LPN).
• Experience in immunization or community clinics preferred.
• Strong vaccine administration and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines (flu, COVID-19, and other immunizations) per guidelines.
• Review consent forms and patient eligibility.
• Maintain vaccine cold chain and proper documentation.
• Provide patient education and answer vaccine-related questions.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions per protocol.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic setup at events.
• Communicate supply needs or concerns to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Pathways standards.

IMMUNIZATION CLINICIAN

Position Summary

The Immunization Clinician is an RN or LPN responsible for administering vaccines at on-site clinics hosted by employer groups, schools, senior living communities, and other client locations. This role ensures safe vaccine delivery, accurate documentation, and excellent patient care while representing the Pathways Wellness Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines (flu, COVID-19, and other routine immunizations) in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations.
• Review and verify consent forms and patient eligibility.
• Maintain proper cold chain processes and handle vaccines according to established protocols.
• Provide patient education and answer questions regarding vaccines.
• Monitor patients for immediate adverse reactions and respond per clinical protocol.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly clinical setup at each event.
• Communicate any concerns, incidents, or supply needs to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Uphold all OSHA, HIPAA, and Pathways Wellness Program compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license or certification that is in good standing.
• Previous immunization or community clinic experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and vaccine administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various on-site environments.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
