Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our nationwide in-store vaccination program. You will administer vaccines (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, etc.) and deliver exceptional patient care in a retail healthcare setting with PPE provided.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, educating on vaccines, documenting accurately, and collaborating with pharmacy staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience including immunization/vaccination.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and vaccine administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Overview

We are seeking compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide in-store vaccination program. In this role, you will administer a variety of vaccines, including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations, while delivering exceptional patient care in a retail healthcare setting. PPE will be provided.

Details: Duration: 13 weeks; Tentative Start: Aug 23; Shift: Days and Mids, Flexibility required; Pay: Up to $57/hour on W2.

Responsibilities

• Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other approved vaccines.
• Assess patients and ensure safe vaccine administration according to established clinical protocols.
• Educate patients on vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service with every patient interaction.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient safety and quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail health, public health, or community vaccination clinics.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
