What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily immigration support to internal and external stakeholders across all business units
- Manage immigration processes, including NIV and IV program and projects, and resolve case-specific concerns
- Prepare and maintain compliance documents for USCIS/DOL and assist with documentation related to revised processes
- Administer the Flexible Work Arrangement program for sponsored employees and manage the general Immigration inbox
- Process vendor invoices and perform other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling complex immigration cases involving U.S. employment-based immigration visas
- Knowledge of immigration regulations and permanent residency processes
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GMS Certification
- Proven history of self-organization and managing timelines effectively
- High level of customer service skills and successful partnerships with talent acquisition and HR partners
