We’re looking for a driven Immigration Law Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — helping them feel heard, supported, and confident as they begin their legal journey.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven Immigration Law Sales Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you'll combine your knowledge of immigration law, customer service excellence, and sales acumen to guide qualified leads through the intake and onboarding process, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident in choosing us as their legal partner.

Your efforts will directly fuel our firm's growth and help more people access the immigration support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients via phone, text, and email.
  • Prequalify leads and guide eligible individuals through the representation sign-up process (online or by mail).
  • Respond promptly to client questions and concerns, providing empathetic, knowledgeable support.
  • Organize and re-engage with older leads to drive new opportunities.
  • Analyze lead data to enhance outreach strategies and client engagement.
  • Ensure intake forms are accurately completed and client information is fully documented.
  • Share insights and process improvements with the team to boost collective success.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of client care.
  • Proactively manage your daily pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in immigration law (required).
  • Proven success in sales, client onboarding, or customer service (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to empathize, problem-solve, and build trust with a diverse client base.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset — we succeed together.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $3,500/month
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$100,000/year
  • Flexible schedule – Work where you’re most productive

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
