Qualifications

• Law school graduate awaiting Bar results; California Bar hopeful.
• Commitment to social justice and serving immigrant communities.
• Fluency in API languages or Spanish; bicultural for low-income communities.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide case management under supervision of an attorney.
• Offer community education and outreach on domestic violence and family law.
• Conduct intake interviews via phone and in person.
• Assist with training to CBOs, public agencies, volunteers, and pro bono panel.
• Represent API Legal Outreach in meetings and community events.
• Support administrative and fundraising work.
