Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings, including master calendar and individual hearings.
• Attend hearings and prepare/file motions for relief, including asylum, adjustment of status, waivers, and cancellation of removal.
• Represent clients at USCIS interviews and conduct legal research to develop case strategy and filings.
