Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation seeks a senior People Specialist & GFT – Immigration to provide advanced subject matter expertise for U.S. immigration programs across MB US entities.

You will support the centralized People Solutions Center and serve as the primary operational liaison among employees, candidates, People Consultants, Recruiting, managers, Legal, and the immigration services provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, management, or related field.
• Experience supporting U.S. immigration cases and working with counsel or providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and data analysis abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters with independence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. immigration subject matter expert and central process contact across MB U.S. entities.
• Coordinate centralized intake, approvals, status tracking, and communications with the immigration provider.
• Oversee immigration-provider service quality, responsiveness, and governance.
• Track KPI, costs, and trends; drive process improvements and cost transparency.
