Job summary

thyssenkrupp Automotive Technology seeks a Manager – Centralized Immigration to lead U.S. employment-based immigration across North America.

You will replace a decentralized model with a standardized, compliant framework, serving as the single point of accountability for immigration program governance. You will partner with HR leaders, external counsel, global HR, Legal, and Finance to drive program administration, risk monitoring, and strategic workforce planning while ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in employment-based immigration management.
• Experience with multi-state, multi-entity corporate structures.
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel.

Responsibilities

• Develop centralized immigration management framework across NA.
• Coordinate with external counsel on all employment-based immigration processes (visa types).
• Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and DHS regulations.
• Oversee I-9 compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain immigration data and dashboards for leadership review.
• Negotiate and manage external counsel relationships and budgets.
