Job summary

HIAS Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Pro Bono Supervisor to lead development and monitoring of pro bono work across its Legal Services Division. You will recruit, train, and coordinate pro bono volunteers with law firms and other partners, ensure accreditation for PA CLE credits, and supervise case referrals and reporting.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction; minimum of three years providing direct immigration legal services.
Role may be filled at Manager level for strong candidates with >5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Recruit and maintain an ongoing panel of pro bono volunteers for case referrals.
Coordinate training and accreditation for PA CLE credits.
Manage case referrals and monitor outcomes with volunteers and coordinators.
Maintain and use HIAS PA’s case management and volunteer databases.
