Job summary

HIAS Pennsylvania seeks a Pro Bono Supervisor to lead and expand pro bono immigration work within its Legal Advocacy and Outreach Division. You will recruit volunteers, train and mentor volunteers, and coordinate connections with law firms and AILA pro bono committees.

You will oversee case management, ensure CLE accreditation, and maintain records while supporting HIAS PA's mission to provide high-quality, accessible immigration legal services to newcomers. Regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction; strong immigration law background.
• At least three years providing direct immigration services; mentoring experience a plus.
• Excellent presentation and organizational abilities; training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain pro bono panel and referrals.
• Deliver substantive pro bono legal trainings with accredited CLE.
• Mentor and triage pro bono volunteers on cases.
• Manage case records and track referrals in the case management system.
• Coordinate with law firms, AILA, and stakeholders to grow pro bono programs.
• Support HIAS PA outreach and clinic staffing.
