Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an immigration paralegal to support a high-volume practice across non-immigrant and immigrant matters in New York. You will prepare and file petitions, coordinate with clients, and liaise with government agencies to ensure timely responses and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of business immigration experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Intapp and Tracker. A paralegal certificate is a plus, with competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of business immigration law experience.
• Proficiency with billing/time-entry systems (Intapp).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-3, E-2, TN, O-1, P).
• Prepare immigrant matters (PERMs, EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, I-140s, I-485s).
• Maintain communication with clients throughout case lifecycle.
• Liaise with USCIS, ICE, CBP, DOS, and DOL.
• Review and prepare job descriptions; assist with evidentiary documents.
• Gather evidence, prepare declarations, and ensure filing deadlines.
