Interested applicants must be able to commit to working at the office for at least a year. This is a small law office, and we handle cases that run the gamut from employment-based visas (inc. TN visas and PERM Certs), deportation defense, family-based immigration cases at USCIS, VAWA, naturalization, asylum, including both stateside and consular processing cases. We also handle matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the federal courts of appeals (5th and 9th Circuits), and immigration-related litigation in the federal district courts. As exposure to a variety of immigration issues is highly valued, the salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Eligible employees are considered for quarterly commission/bonuses in line with KPIs.
