We are seeking an experienced bilingual Immigration Paralegal to provide essential support to attorneys by managing a diverse and demanding caseload from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and filing of immigration-related legal documents while upholding the highest ethical standards. The Immigration Paralegal also serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all deadlines are met and that electronic case files and databases are meticulously maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and finalize immigration applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards.
• Assist attorneys in building strong cases by gathering evidence, documenting information, and organizing case materials.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, including cross-service filings, while tracking critical deadlines and case-related tasks.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required information, provide case updates, and prepare them for interviews and hearings.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic case files and internal databases.
• Support client relationship management by responding to inquiries and assisting with administrative communication tasks.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required).
