Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a skilled PERM Immigration Paralegal to join our Denver team. You will directly support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and handling complex immigration filings such as H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM.

The role requires 5+ years in a fast-paced immigration environment, strong document preparation skills, and proficiency with INSZoom and MS Office. We offer a collaborative, growth-focused culture with comprehensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced business immigration environment (prefer large law firm).
• Extensive proficiency in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications and complex processes.
• Experience with responding to RFEs and PERM audits.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.
