Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal (II/III) to support employment-based matters for multinational clients. You will prepare filings, communicate with clients, and manage end-to-end case processes alongside attorneys and client services teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in immigration, and strong Microsoft 365 skills, with excellent writing and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials required.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM).
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and attorneys.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner).

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality documentation and filing packages.
• Draft routine petitions, applications, and responses to RFEs.
• Maintain case templates and assist with drafting complex filings under attorney oversight.
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters.
• Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings.
• Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence.
• Mentor junior paralegals.
