Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner) and strong legal writing skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality documentation and filing packages
• Draft routine petitions, applications, and responses to RFEs
• Maintain case templates and assist with drafting complex filings under attorney oversight
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters
• Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings
• Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence
• Mentor junior paralegals
