Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based matters for multinational clients. The role involves filings, client liaison, and end-to-end case management, with opportunities to mentor junior paralegals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of immigration experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. A team-oriented, client-focused mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academic credentials.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Resume, writing sample, and college transcript must be provided.
• Legal writing or RFE drafting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality documentation and filing packages.
• Draft petitions, applications, and responses to RFEs.
• Maintain case templates and assist with more complex filings.
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters.
• Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings.
• Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence.
• Mentor junior paralegals.
